ABOUT US

For many years, motion pictures have captured the imaginations of audiences worldwide. They represent a form of art and expression, through their visual story telling. Movies are able touch our emotions showing us how life is, was and how it should be. We empathise with characters and grow to love them.

In the fall of 2007, after 3 years in development, The Movie Shop was launched. Our aim is simple. To take you on a journey inside movies reminding you of you favourite scenes, characters and actors. 'The Movie Shop' presents to you, unique products that capture moments of movie history.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

Do you have a shop?

We do not have a physical shop location. The Movie Shop is a UK based online Internet retailer.

Will you be getting any more 'Sold' items back in stock?

The majority of our products are unique and not mass produced. In some cases production is limited, especially with Collectable Statues. So getting sold out items back in stock depends on availability and popularity. Please keep checking our website to see if your desired item becomes available again. Tip - By signing up to The Movie Shop Newsletter ( sign up box is located at the bottom of each page), you can keep up to date with the current products, and new items in our store.

What does Pre-Order mean?

Some products are very difficult to get, as they are of rare collectable value. 'Pre Order' therefore means that certain products advertised on our website are not in stock. You have to email us regarding your interest. We then do our best to get the product in for you. If successful, we email you requesting payment, and then dispatch the product to you after receiving payment.

If I am looking for a particular product, can you get it for me?

Keeping customers happy is the key priority in our business. If a certain item is requested we will do our best to obtain it for you.
Tip - Please sign up to The Movie Shop Newsletter ( sign up box is located at the bottom of each page) to keep up to date with new products in our store.

If I order more than one product do I have to pay double delivery charge?

You may purchase multiple products per order, and only pay a one off 'Flat Rate' delivery charge. Certain product shipping costs are based on weights.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide.

May I contact you by phone?

We prefer you to contact us by email, this enables us to respond to all your queries quickly and efficiently. Corresponding email has a lower cost to us than a call center, and we have built this lower cost into our prices passing the savings on to you.
